1. Enter through the normal middle gate in the morning. During the day please exit and enter via the main reception and remember to tap in and out each time with your lanyard. Lanyards need to be worn in school please.

2. When you have lessons in the Science Block you can use the upstairs toilets as before. When in the Year 12 bubble area only use the toilets near reception. Please do not use other 'bubble' toilets,
  
*<strong>Tuesday 16 July: Year 12 Celebration Assembly, 09:00.</strong> If you would like to perform in front of your peer group (Music, Singing, Acting, Reading etc), then please contact me.

*On <strong>Wednesday 17 July </strong> we have our annual Sports Day. Year 12 will have normal lessons periods 1 to 3. and then will be allowed to study at home during the afternoon. However, please note that a number of students will be assisting with the running of Sports Day as requested by the Physical Education department.

5. No ball games are allowed on the field during lesson time apart from the designated enrichment periods.
  
*On <strong>Friday 19 July </strong> due to the format of this half-day, and a change in lesson structure, this will be a Reading Day for Year 12 students. You will not be required to attend school on this day. Please note that Head Students and Senior Prefects have specific duties that day and are required to be in school as normal.

*UCAS APPLY 2020:You can register yourself onto the UCAS website and begin your application for university entry 2020. You need to go to UCAS.com and select SIGN IN, STUDENTS, UNDERGRADUATES, APPLY. Make sure that you select 2020 as the year of entry.Follow the REGISTER prompts.Please use the BUZZWORD BourneGrammar2020 to link yourself to School.Once you have done this you need to select a GROUP. This should be your tutor group (but with a 13 prefix).If you have any problems, then please see Mrs Hawkins.

*Please update Unifrog with your competencies, activities, interactions and Post 18 plans. Staff are currently writing Subject and Tutor references. Every student needs to register with Unifrog please regardless if they are planning on going to university or not. If you have not registered. https://www.unifrog.org Form Code is your form letter followed by bourne20. E.g. a student in 12D would register as ‘dbourne20’. Please use your school e-mail address and not your personal one. Please select your tutor from the drop down tutor list. You can also add certificates, awards, excellent pieces of work, art work, film clips etc. into a student locker on Unifrog.

Student Notices w/c 12 July, Week 1

1. Enter through the normal middle gate in the morning. During the day please exit and enter via the main reception and remember to tap in and out each time with your lanyard. Lanyards need to be worn in school please.
