Student Notices w/c 23 April

Year 12 and Year 13

  • Students need to tap in with their lanyards when they arrive in school. Registering with your class p1 or p2 does not auto correct the ‘am’ register. Lanyards must be worn at all times in school. At all times, please tap in and out with your lanyard when accessing or leaving the school site.
  • The Sixth Form intranet is now available outside of school, at https://sixthform.bourne-grammar.lincs.sch.uk/. Use your network username and password to connect.
  • If you need to leave the school site for a medical appointment, please can you let Sixth Admin know.

Year 12

  • Tuesday: Lecture p1, Hall, Project Ask, Apprenticeship Service
  • Students can now make careers appointments with Mrs Hawkins concerning Post 18 plans. These will operate until the end of this academic year. Please see Mrs Hawkins in person in the Careers Hub (green building, near Sports Hall, outside).
  • Tuesday: Oxbridge Evening, 18:30 – 19:30, Hall

Year 13

  • Tuesday: Assembly 08:55, Hall.
  • Student Finance now open

These are based on when we get the last decision in from your unis or colleges. Check Track to see your personal deadline.

If you receive your last decision on or before 31 March 2019, your reply date is 1 May 2019 (if your postal address is in the EU).

If you receive your last decision on or before 2 May 2019, your reply date is 6 June 2019 (includes applicants with a postal address outside the EU, but not applicants using Extra to find a place).

If you receive your last decision on or before 6 June 2019, your reply date is 20 June 2019 (except if you're using Extra to find a place).

If you receive your last decision on or before 11 July 2019, your reply date is 18 July 2019 (including Extra choices).


  • Year 13 Yearbook is now open. Please complete your profiles.
  • Prom and Yearbook payments by Friday 26 April please. No late payments allowed. Please do not forget to add your menu choices. See me if you require any dietary requirements.
  • Yearbook photo, Tuesday 30 April, p1.
