Student Notices w/c 3 June

Year 12 and Year 13

  • Students need to tap in with their lanyards when they arrive in school. Registering with your class p1 or p2 does not auto correct the ‘am’ register. Lanyards must be worn at all times in school. At all times, please tap in and out with your lanyard when accessing or leaving the school site.
  • If you need to leave the school site for a medical appointment, please can you let Sixth Admin know.
  • Please park sensibly around the vicinity of the school. Students can park in Tesco’s car-park.

Year 12

  • Tuesday 4 June: Head Students and Senior Prefect meeting with Mrs Shales, SFC2, 09:00-09:10 to discuss Year 12 Induction Day plans.
  • UCAS APPLY 2020:You can register yourself onto the UCAS website and begin your application for university entry 2020. You need to go to UCAS.com and select SIGN IN, STUDENTS, UNDERGRADUATES, APPLY. Make sure that you select 2020 as the year of entry.Follow the REGISTER prompts.Please use the BUZZWORD BourneGrammar2020 to link yourself to School.Once you have done this you need to select a GROUP. This should be your tutor group (but with a 13 prefix).If you have any problems, then please see Mrs Hawkins.
  • Please update Unifrog with your competencies, activities, interactions and Post 18 plans. Staff will shortly begin writing Subject and Tutor references. Every student needs to register with Unifrog please regardless if they are planning on going to university or not. If you have not registered. https://www.unifrog.org Form Code is your form letter followed by bourne20. E.g. a student in 12D would register as ‘dbourne20’. Please use your school e-mail address and not your personal one.
  • Tuesday: No Assembly or Lecture due to exams.

Year 13

  • I hope revision is going well and I wish everyone success in the forthcoming examinations. Best of luck to those students with exam this week.
  • If a student has arranged to see a member of staff whilst on Study Leave please wear normal school clothes and tap in and out with your lanyard.
  • Remember to be ready for exam call out 15 minutes before each scheduled exam. Muster in SFC. Exam breakfasts will be available as normal in the SF Cafe for students with morning exams.
  • Book Return Day is Friday 21 June 2019, 09:30-11:30.
