Student Notices w/c 29 April

• The Sixth Form Student Calendar indicates assemblies and important dates for the year.

Year 12 and Year 13

• Students need to tap in with their lanyards when they arrive in school. Registering with your class p1 or p2 does not auto correct the ‘am’ register. Lanyards must be worn at all times in school. At all times, please tap in and out with your lanyard when accessing or leaving the school site.
• If you need to leave the school site for a medical appointment, please can you let Sixth Admin know.
• Please park sensibly around the vicinity of the school. Students can park in Tesco’s car-park.

Year 12

• Tuesday: No Assembly or Lecture due to exams.

• Students can now make careers appointments with Mrs Hawkins concerning Post 18 plans. These will operate until the end of this academic year. Please see Mrs Hawkins in person in the Careers Hub (green building, near Sports Hall, outside) or alternatively ask to see her at Reception.

• Wednesday: Enrichment p4 p5. Supervised Study timetable will be sent out by SF Admin later in the week. Due to summer sports and fixtures there will be no sporting activities in Term 5 and Term 6. Students who elected for these activities will now be in study periods. Work Experience can continue as normal.

Year 13

• Tuesday: Assembly 08:55, Hall.

These are based on when we get the last decision in from your unis or colleges. Check Track to see your personal deadline.

If you receive your last decision on or before 31 March 2019, your reply date is 1 May 2019 (if your postal address is in the EU).

If you receive your last decision on or before 2 May 2019, your reply date is 6 June 2019 (includes applicants with a postal address outside the EU, but not applicants using Extra to find a place).

If you receive your last decision on or before 6 June 2019, your reply date is 20 June 2019 (except if you're using Extra to find a place).

If you receive your last decision on or before 11 July 2019, your reply date is 18 July 2019 (including Extra choices).

• Year 13 Yearbook, please complete your profiles by Friday 26 April.

• Prom and Yearbook payments by Friday 26 April please. No late payments allowed. Please do not forget to add your menu choices. See me if you require any dietary requirements.
