Student Notices w/c 4 Jan

Happy New Year and I hope you and your families are safe and well.

Unfortunately, we continue to live in challenging times.

Please check MILK and TEAMS regularly for updates.

4 - 8 JANUARY: SCHOOL CLOSED All students in Years 7-12 will be taught by their subject teacher remotely, via TEAMS, at the usual time as it appears on their timetable. Students in Year 13 will continue revision from home and teachers will be available to provide further support as required during normal timetabled lessons.

11 - 15 JANUARY: SCHOOL OPEN FOR YEAR 11 AND YEAR 13 All students in Year 11 return to School for face-to-face learning. Year 13 students attend School for their mock exams only – the first scheduled mock exam is now Monday 11 January but the sequence of examinations remains unchanged. Updated timetables will be circulated in due course. All other students continue to attend lessons remotely, via TEAMS.

FROM 18 JANUARY: SCHOOL OPEN FOR ALL YEAR GROUPS All students in all Year groups return to School for face-to-face learning. Year 13 students continue to attend their mock exams only.

TESTING AND REMOTE LEARNING Covid-19 Lateral Flow Device testing will be available to all students at scheduled times; further details will be circulated next week.

When a Year group is working remotely, students are to begin their day at 08.50 by joining their Form on TEAMS for registration. Registers will also be taken, remotely, at the start of every lesson by the subject teacher.

Keep studying hard and strive to do your best in everything that you do. Be kind to one another and look out for other people.

Kind regards,

Mrs Shales
